Cletus has been in the Social Sector for the past 20 years with experience ranging from Community Mobilization to Research and Documentation along with skills in Proposal
Development and guiding Partners in the field of Results based Methodology. He believes that true change can emerge when the community decides to take up ownership of the process.
Cletus holds a Masters degree in Social Work from the Mumbai University through Nirmala Niketan and later acquired skills in Research through a Post Graduate Diploma in Research Methodology. Initially he worked with the Western Region Social Service Forum as a Program Coordinator He went on to sharpen his skills as a Research Fellow with Indian NGOs.com and a Documentation Officer with Vatsalya Foundation.With Don Bosco Development Society he worked as a Researcher on many independent impact assessment and needs analysis studies of their institutions. Intermittently he upgraded his studies through Post Graduate Studies in Human Resource Management through St. Xavier’s Management Institute, Mumbai and Post Graduate Studies in Human Rights through Indian Institute of Human Rights, Delhi.
He joined Caritas as a Regional Officer and later was given the responsibility of West Zone Manager for Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Goa. He assisted the Director of Social Work – Community Mobilization at Swades Foundation to monitor staff and the Self Help Groups.And now continues to use his talents and knowledge into the field of social work through CSA
Rophian is a graduate in commerce from Mumbai university .She has worked with ICICI Bank as an Office Executive for over 2 years. She has also had a short stint at CAMS Mumbai as a Customer Service Executive for 5 months.
Rophian has been working with Centre for Social Action for 7 years. Apart from being a master in managing the organizations finance and administration,she has a good command over local languages Hindi, Marathi
Mishal has completed her Masters in social work from the Indira Gandhi National open University (IGNOU), Delhi. She has worked with various community centers which focus on issues connected with women, children and youth. She has been working with Centre for Social Action for the past 15 years and has been actively involved in facilitating the Bal Sansad programme in Mumbai & Dharavi Island. A great asset to CSA and social work. She is well versed with the local languages Marathi and Hindi.
completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Social work from College of Social Work, Nirmala Niketan and is also a Post graduation in Health & Development and Social Work in the field of Mental Health from Tata Institute of Social Sciences . With over 5 year experience in various organizations such as Women’s Research & Action Group, Chetana Foundation and Nirav Modi Foundation. At CSA she is the Programme Coordinator and handles the Programme Area’s of Women Empowerment and the Right to Sustainable Livelihood. She is well versed with the local languages Marathi, Hindi and Gujarati and also has a rich experience in Social work

Sr. Martha’s has extensive experience in the field of Social work. She has worked with the adivasi community in Kalyan for a period of 3 years. With CSA,Sr. Mary is currently working with the fisher folk and the farmer community of Uttan. She works with great zeal and enthusiasm
Rasika completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Shankar Narayan College and her Master’s in Social Work from Nirmala Niketan. She has worked with Self Help Groups, Children in need of care, protection and community development. She has completed 3 years with CSA and currently works in Dharavi Island community centers. These community centers focus on issues related to women, children, senior citizens, youth and married couples. Rasika is fluent in Hindi, English, Marathi and the local Marathi dialect of Dharavi Island. She works with a lot of enthusiasm and professionalism.
Sr. Susheela Mary belonging to the congregation of the Presentation of Blessed Virgin Mary . she has worked in Goa, Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra as a social worker. she has been empowering the underprivileged people for the past 8 years Sr. Susheela has been involved in empowering the women, children through trainings, education, Forming of SHGs, tribal development and making availability of the government schemes and benefits to the vulnerable. She has completed one year with CSA and is currently the Field Supervisor for North Zone in Raigad District.She is also pursuing her MSW and has successfully passed her first year . Sr. susheela works with great passion and determination to empower the Tribal community of Raigad
A Post Graduate in Materials Management with over 25 years experience in supervision and subsequently managing the logistics and warehousing activities in the dairy and food industry, varied FMCG products including electronic and home appliances, tyres, computer hardware, watches and perfumes and building material supplies.Worked in the BPO industry and is also a certified Medical Transcriptionist. Last position held was Warehouse Manager at Western Bakeries Company Limited (a subsidiary of Almarai), Jeddah.Joined. Anthony is a unique combination of knowledge, experience and love for humanity . His journey with CSA started as a volunteer and in February 2017 he was appointed as the Field Supervisor for Raigad.
Marcus is an Office Assistant cum driver with Centre for Social Action since the past 4 years. Formerly he has worked with St. Catherine’s Home for 10 years in the capacity of a driver. He hails from Palghar. He is honest, trustworthy and sincere and very experienced at the wheel.
