We don’t win with the best talent – We win with different Talented players who are able to play well together as a team. CSA encourages teamwork and team growth there is no one man show therefore On the 29th of April 2017, CSA had their monthly staff Training and meeting from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm. The first half of the day was a Training based on ‘Leaders in the making’, which was conducted by Mr. Valerian Paul Lobo, (Chairman & Managing Director at T3 Urban Developers Ltd.).

Mr. Lobo gave us a power pact session on how to work towards becoming champions in our own field of work. The session was also attended by the youth of Uttan, who completed their professional development course, the training motivated the youth to believe in themselves and their own potential of getting a good job in their desired field of interest. There was also a personality test that was conducted by Fr Mario Mendes ( Director- CSA), enabling each one to understand their personality type after which the outcome of the test reveals your strengths and areas that need to be worked on in our own individual personality.
The meeting was then attended only by the CSA Staff, where a representative from each department shared the work done, Their team progress, the challenges that they faced, how they overcame challenges and a way to go forward that is their planning and strategy for the upcoming month.
The monthly meeting helps polish our CSA employees with more knowledge and confidence, thus enabling them to continue empowering the vulnerable and marginalized communities in Mumbai, Dharavi Island and Raighad.
